What is GOSH Records?

GOSH Records is a record label for songwriters who use generative tools, not the other way around. Every song it releases is written by the artist. It signs artists, not outputs.

What does generative-assisted mean?

Generative-assisted describes artists whose authorship is human-led and whose music is realized with generative tools. Generative music tools help realize performances and build sonic landscapes, allowing a songwriter-producer to bring fully imagined music into existence without the limitations of a traditional recording setup. What the record is about, how it is built and when it is finished stay with the author.

Is this AI music?

“AI music” is being used for two different things: work that was generated, and work that was authored and then realized with modern tools. They are not the same and they should not share a name. Generative-Assisted is the name for the second one.

What does a GOSH Records release have to meet?

The artist wrote the lyrics. The artist shaped the arrangement. The artist directed the production and chose the final master. The artist can account for every decision in the work.

Who is signed to GOSH Records?

Morse Avenue, who have released CØDES, Here and Orange, and ALLIE IV, whose debut album Going Not Gone was released on 27 October 2026.

Does GOSH Records accept submissions?

Yes. Submissions are open at gosh-records.com/submissions. You send the lyrics you wrote and evidence that the arrangement is yours, such as a work tape, a session screenshot or a written breakdown.

Does GOSH Records take any rights in music I submit?

No. You keep everything. Sending a song gives GOSH Records no ownership of it and no rights in it. Your lyrics, your composition, your recording and your masters stay yours, in full. Rights only move under a separate signed agreement if you are signed.

Does GOSH Records train AI models on submitted music?

No. Submissions are received, listened to, read and discussed internally only, while deciding whether to work with you. They are not released, performed, published, licensed, used in marketing or used to train any model. If GOSH Records passes, the submission is deleted within 90 days.
