Who we are

GOSH Records is a d/b/a of GOSH AI, LLC. You can reach us at music@gosh-records.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the submission form: your artist name, your email address, a link to your music, the lyrics you paste, a link to your arrangement evidence, and your description of the tools you used. If you email us directly, we have whatever you put in that email.

Our host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Why we hold it

To read your submission, decide whether we want to work with you, and reply to you. That is the only reason.

Who else touches it

Our site and our form submissions are hosted by Netlify, and our email runs through our email provider. They process this on our behalf and under their own terms. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

If we pass on a submission, we delete it within 90 days. If we are talking to you about signing, we keep it while that conversation is live. Email correspondence we keep as long as we need it for our records.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to music@gosh-records.com and we will do it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Rights in what you submit

You keep everything you send us. Submitting music gives GOSH Records no ownership of it and no rights in it, and nothing transfers unless we sign you under a separate written agreement. The full terms are on the submissions page.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the page.
